"In the Company of Angels" is a touching story based on the true accounts of the Willie Handcart Company. It follows the brave pioneers across the plains, through buffalo herds as they dodge Indian raids. It brings the reader up close to the pain and suffering of starvation, cold and enduring faith that the Lord will not fail them.
It truly brings the lives of those on the Willie Handcart Company alive. It makes their struggles real and visible. I recommend to to everyone of any age and any religious background.
